Trauma
Drawing on extensive experience as a medical social worker at Kaiser Permanente, as well as various leadership roles, including union steward, Jean has a nuanced understanding of how past experiences, upbringing, and trauma shape our worldviews and relationships. In addition, she draws from her own life experience and the research she has done to understand the different ways of coping. This understanding allows her to help clients break through barriers and develop new perspectives that lead to fulfilling lives and careers.

CO-ACTIVE COACHING | LIFE INTEGRATION COACH
I bring more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, organizational leadership, coaching, and business operations.
My unique strength is seeing the human problem and the business problem simultaneously. Where others may see inefficiency, stress, or burnout as separate issues, I see how people, systems, and leadership intersect—and where thoughtful changes can make the greatest impact.
I partner with founders and organizations to bring structure to complexity, strengthen operations, and build systems that support both business performance and the people behind it.
My approach sits at the intersection of people, systems, leadership, and execution—helping organizations grow stronger without losing the human element that makes them work.
